Physical Events

Exclusive in-person sessions bringing industry leaders together for meaningful conversations.

Why join a Resurgent physical event

Built for real conversations.

Our physical events are small, invite-only sessions where senior leaders sit down together and talk openly about what's actually happening in Indian finance and law — over a few hours, in person.

01

What's said stays in the room

Open conversations on regulators, deals, and stressed assets — without worrying about who's listening or what gets quoted later. We follow the Chatham House Rule.

02

Only 20 seats per session

Every guest is reviewed and invited personally. You're sitting with senior peers from finance and law — not a banquet hall of strangers.

03

Real practitioners on the panel

Our speakers are people actively doing the work — closing transactions, drafting regulations, running restructurings. Not professional speakers who attend conferences for a living.

04

Face-to-face matters

Some conversations only happen in person. The chai breaks and side discussions often turn out to be as valuable as the panel itself.

05

Brief sent the day before

You'll get a one-page brief the day before — what we'll discuss, the key questions on the table, what you'll take away. So you walk in already prepared.

06

Built for Delhi NCR

Sessions are held at central NCR venues, mostly in the evenings. Easy to drop in after work and head home the same night.

Funding the 14GW Build-Out: Bankability and India's Data Centre Growth

Sat, 1 Aug, 2026·9:30 am·Gurgaon

India's next phase of data centre growth will depend as much on bankable financing structures as on market demand. Industry estimates suggest that India could add around 14 GW of data centre capacity by 2035, requiring investments of well over Rs. 5 lakh crore across land, power infrastructure, buildings and technology. Capital providers are therefore looking beyond occupancy projections. The focus is shifting to whether the project has a credible path to securing power, sufficient revenue visibility through long-term customer commitments, robust execution capabilities, and a clear path to refinancing into lower-cost institutional debt once operational. Bankability increasingly depends on the predictability of future cash flows, not simply on construction progress. For developers, the financing strategy is becoming as important as the engineering strategy. Equity, private credit, bank debt and infrastructure financing each serve a distinct purpose across the project lifecycle. The timing of the transition between them increasingly shapes the overall cost of capital. Site selection is increasingly being shaped by power availability and state policy, while anchor customer commitments are often needed before large pools of capital are deployed. Green power procurement is moving beyond sustainability goals to become a commercial differentiator, particularly for hyperscale customers with net-zero commitments. As India's data centre market matures, successful projects will be those that align capital structure, power readiness and customer commitments from the outset. The roundtable will examine how India can finance the next phase of data centre growth, with a focus on bankability, financing pathways, and investment readiness.

Frequently asked

Things people usually ask before registering.

Is there a cost to attend?
No. Physical event attendance is invitation-only and free for confirmed guests. We don't take sponsorships that would influence which topics we cover or who we put on the panel.
How do I get invited?
You can register your interest using the form on any physical event page, or apply as a speaker. Our team reviews each request — looking at your role, experience, and how the session topic fits with your work — and confirms by email within 3 to 4 working days.
Can I send a colleague in my place?
Yes, with notice. Just email us at least 48 hours before the session and we'll reissue the seat to your colleague. Same-day substitutions aren't possible because we plan the room carefully.
Will I get the discussion notes after?
We don't share verbatim notes because the Chatham House Rule applies — what's said in the room stays in the room. But you will get a follow-up email the next day with the broader themes that came up, plus the next session we have planned.
What if I have to cancel?
Please reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the session so we can offer the seat to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows do affect future invitations — seats are limited to around 20 per session.
Will my contact details be shared?
No. We don't share guest lists with sponsors, speakers, or anyone outside our team. The full policy is in our Privacy Policy.
